What the AI does
The AI supports our team with routine work around your request:
- summarising and sorting incoming requests,
- preparing drafts for offers and replies,
- helping to organise appointments and follow-ups.
It does not decide anything on its own. Offers, prices and appointments are always checked and sent by a person from the GO team.
Which data is processed
Only the content a task actually needs – for example the service you chose, your description, the desired timing and, where relevant, chat messages and photos you added. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Why Anthropic
Anthropic builds AI models with a strong focus on safety and reliability. We use the Claude models through Anthropic’s commercial API.
How your data is protected
- Data is transferred over encrypted connections.
- Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, content sent through the API is not used to train Anthropic’s models.
- Processing by Anthropic may take place outside the EU, for example in the USA.
- Photos from the chat are kept in protected storage and only loaded through time-limited links.
Your choices
You decide what you write in a request and which photos you add. You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it: info@goreinigung.de. More in our privacy policy (in German).
